  • We partner with trusted carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure safe delivery of your products.

  • The available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.


3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within the continental United States generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and shipping destination.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

  • Customers can track their order directly through the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If not found, we will issue a replacement or refund.
